Cl-ear Ear Relief Ear Drops effectively soothe and reduce ear pain, itching and inflammation of the outer ear canal.
These specially formulated drops contain Glycerol, which has a soothing effect and an anti-inflammatory action which reduces swelling in the ear canal (by removing water) thus alleviating associated pain, and Lidocaine, a surface anaesthetic to further reduce ear pai
Who can use ? Adults, the elderly and children from 5 years of age (note children should receive a medical diagnosis before using)
¹Cl-ear Ear Relief Ear Drops effectively soothe and reduce ear pain, itching and inflammation of the outer ear canal. If there are no improvements after 3 days or if symptoms worsen, consult your doctor.
- Check that the nozzle or bottle are not damaged or broken before use
- Tilt the head to one side, with the affected ear facing upwards
- Avoid touching the ear with the nozzle and do not put nozzle into the ear canal
- Drop 2 drops into the affected ear
- Allow a few minutes for the drops to reach the eardrum, keeping the head tilted
- Plug the ear lightly with cotton wool if required to prevent leakage
- Gently wipe the nozzle with clean cotton wool after use
- Use 3 times a day for up to 3 days
- Repeat with other ear if required
- if there are no improvements after 3 days or if you feel worse, consult your doctor
- Suitable from age 5 + (note children should receive a medical diagnosis before using).

- Should you symptoms persist or worsen or you experience any irritation or other effects , stop using the drops and inform your doctor or pharmacist
- Drops should only be used in the ear
- Avoid contact with the eyes, In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with warm water and consult a doctor
- Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are using any other medication in your ears
- Do not swallow
- Do not use if the eardrum had been damaged or perforated or if there is an infection or any problem with the ears such as eczema, itching sensation, dermatitis or any other skin problem
- Do not insert hearing aids immediately after use but allow at least 15 minutes for any residue to be removed
- Do not use in children below 5 years of age
